Malfunction On WWNLive Side:
A refund will only be issued in the event of a significant technical issue on the WWNLive side of the live iPPV broadcast. A refund will be given under these conditions:
-The problem on the WWNLive side lasts for longer than 15 minutes.
-The viewer must request a refund at the time of the malfunction by emailing Help@WWNLive.com and using the “Live Help” button found on the left hand side of the screen.
-The viewer must immediately terminate watching the iPPV stream.
-The viewer must have logged in less than 60 minutes for the iPPV event. This includes time before the malfunction.
-If the viewer does not qualify for a refund due to the above stipulations, WWNLive will still offer an automatic “make good” in the event of a significant technical issue for longer than 15 minutes on the WWNLive side. If the viewer purchased the “live showing option,” the viewer will be upgraded to the VOD option. If the viewer purchased the “live showing & VOD option,” the viewer will be awarded a free VOD of a past DGUSA or EVOLVE iPPV of their choice. This iPPV must precede the date of the malfunctioning iPPV. The free VOD “make good” can be redeemed by emailing Help@WWNLive.com. The viewer will be activated to watch this free iPPV within 72 hours.
Malfunction On Viewer Side:
-Some problems might be on the viewer’s side. These can include internet outages and other connection issues. In the event of any issues please utilize the “Live Help” button on the left side of the screen for immediate assistance. “Live Help” can aid you to solve connection issues or give you the best settings for an optimum viewing experience.
-Refunds can only be given if the viewer has logged in less than 15 minutes for the iPPV in question. This allows you time to test your connection and seek live help. There are no make good options.
